🤖 Automatic messages

If an app sends messages through your number, such as order confirmations or shipping updates, they show in the chat as 🤖 Automatic. They are never counted as a reply from your team, and they don’t open or move chats. A chat only opens when the customer writes.

Customer numbers

To protect your customers, full phone numbers are hidden on screen. At the top of a chat, 👁 shows the full number for a few seconds and ⧉ copies it. Admins choose whether team members can do this.
