AI credits

One credit is one summary or one suggested reply. Credits are shared by the whole business and start fresh each month. AI settings shows how many are left this month.

Reaching a limit

If you try to add a number or a person beyond your plan, or run out of AI credits, the inbox tells you. Tap Message oneCommerce on WhatsApp in that message, and we’ll add an extra or move you to a bigger plan. You can add extras without changing plan: an extra number, an extra person, or 1,000 more AI credits.

Add-ons are extras for particular needs, like Website enquiries and Courier returns. Contact us to add one.
