# Photos, voice notes and documents

> Media works just like in the WhatsApp app.

* **Photos and videos** open full screen. Albums show together, like in WhatsApp.
* **Voice notes** play right in the chat, with a speed button.
* **Documents** show as cards you can open or download.
* To **send** a photo, video or document, tap **📎** next to the reply box. Anything you type goes as the caption.

## 🤖 Automatic messages

If an app sends messages through your number, such as order confirmations or shipping updates, they show in the chat as **🤖 Automatic**.

They are never counted as a reply from your team, and they don't open or move chats. A chat only opens when the customer writes.

## Customer numbers

To protect your customers, full phone numbers are hidden on screen. At the top of a chat, **👁** shows the full number for a few seconds and **⧉** copies it. Admins choose whether team members can do this.
