# Log in

> Open your inbox with your Business ID, username and password.

Everyone logs in at the same address: **[app.onecommerce.tech](https://app.onecommerce.tech)**.

**1. Type your Business ID**

It's in the welcome message you received from oneCommerce. Tap **Continue**. Your device remembers it next time.

**2. Type your username and password**

Admins get theirs from oneCommerce. Team members get theirs from an admin.

**3. Two-step code (if you turned it on)**

Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. [About two-step login](/account/security.md)

## Common questions

> **I forgot my password**
>
> Ask an admin of your business. In **Team and passwords** they tap **New password** next to your name and send you the new one.
>
> If you are the only admin, [contact us](/help/contact.md). We'll check it's really you first.

> **I lost the phone with my authenticator app**
>
> Type one of your saved backup codes instead of the 6-digit code. Or ask another admin to switch two-step login off for you.

> **I'm seeing someone else's business**
>
> Tap **Switch business** under the login button and type the right Business ID.

> **My business has its own address**
>
> Some businesses have their own inbox address (for example `wa.yourshop.com`). If you were given one, you can use it instead. Both open the same inbox.
