# Add your team

> Give everyone their own login, and choose what they can see and do.

## Add a person

**1. Open Team**

Click your initials (bottom left) → **Team and passwords**.

**2. Add them**

Type their name, choose a role, then tap **Add**.

**3. Send them their login**

The inbox shows their username and password **once**. Send both to them, along with your Business ID.

## Admins and team members

## Choices per person

In **Team**, next to each person, admins can switch on:

* **Gets new chats**: this person is the front desk. New chats go to them first.
* **AI help**: shows the ✨ Summarise and ✨ Suggest buttons to this person.
* **💸 Refunds**: lets them cancel and refund Shopify orders (when cancel and refund is on).
* **↩️ Returns**: lets them book courier return pickups (with the Courier returns add-on).
* Whether they may see and copy full customer numbers.

## When someone leaves

Tap **New password** next to their name straight away. Their old password stops working at once. Team also shows when each person last logged in, and from which device.
