# Keep your inbox safe

> Two-step login, hidden customer numbers, and what to do when someone leaves.

## Two-step login

With two-step login, logging in needs your password **and** a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone (like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator). We recommend it for every admin.

**1. Turn it on**

Your initials → **🔐 Two-step login**, and scan the code with your authenticator app.

**2. Save your backup codes**

You'll get a few one-time backup codes. Keep them somewhere safe, away from your phone. Each one works once if you lose your phone.

Lost your phone and your backup codes? Ask another admin to switch two-step login off for you in **Team**.

## Customer numbers are hidden

Full customer phone numbers are hidden on screen, so they can't be copied down by anyone looking over a shoulder. **👁** shows a number for a few seconds and **⧉** copies it. In **Team**, admins choose whether team members may do this.

## Who logged in

**Team** shows when each person last logged in and from what device. Admins get an alert when someone logs in from a new device.

## When someone leaves

Give them a **New password** in Team straight away. Their old password stops working at once.
